Unlike most other inventory providers, our background is the letting industry. 

Our founder was a Property Manager for many years  and is a Landlord herself. She has an in depth knowledge abut all new legislation, knows what makes a good inventory and check-out report that will stand up in a dispute case. She has a burning interest and passion in the property industry, going on several courses and seminars every year, to keep up to date. The aim is to see good, positive starts and ends to tenancies, for both landlords and tenants.

 

We know exactly what our Landlords and Agent clients need to make sure they can deal with the move in/move out of a tenant as smoothly and as quickly as possible. We can offer advice to tenants in regards to their inventory due to the in depth knowledge we have of the deposit service.  We are also members of AIIC and Property Redress Scheme. Inger, the founder, is an ARLA student - working towards a full ARLA membership.
